Eel, Shrimp, Salmon, Albacore (White Ahi), Ahi, Hamachi (Yellowtail), Ikura (Salmon Roe)

Garnish: Avocado, Sprouts, Edamame (Soybeans), Takwan or Daikon (yellow pickle), Wasabi (Japanese Horseradish), Gari (Ginger), and Soy Sauce
